STEP TWO:

Send us an email with the following information:

1. Your contact information

2. Your preferred location

3. Your preferred check in and check out dates.

4. The type of accomodation you are seeking (Budget, Moderate, or Luxury).

5. The number of persons in your party and the number under age twenty-five.

STEP THREE:

Review the following information about condominium holidays:

1. Unlike hotels with per person pricing, there is a set price for an entire vacation rental with a maximum number of persons allowed.

2. Most one-bedroom units sleep a maximum of four using a sleeper/sofa in the living room. Most two-bedroom rentals sleep a maximum of six, and most three-bedroom vacation rentals sleep up to eight.

3. Local ordinances and regulations govern the occupancy of all rental units. Resorts strictly enforce maximum unit occupancy.

4. Some condominiums may have minimum age restrictions or requirements when reserving a room.

5. Pets are usually not allowed at rental properties.

6. Complete condominium maid service is generally provided once a week with additional towels and linens provided on a request basis. Some properties offer daily maid service, or service on demand, at an additional cost. Since these services are established and vary by property, please consult directly with the resort for detailed information and cleaning options.

7. Many resorts also require a modest security deposit, sometimes in cash, at the time of check in. This deposit, which is often between $100 and $500, is refundable after check out if the unit is not damaged. We do not collect or make refunds of security deposits. If damage should occur while you are occupying the unit, you must notify the resort immediately.
